Application Process
Initial Application
It all begins with an idea to join. Maybe you want to learn about what businesses are environmentally responsible, or maybe you want to prepare for a HR career, or maybe you’re seeking a community. It all starts here. Once you complete this initial application survey, you will be considered to move onto the next round.
Behavioral + Social Round
In this first round, we give you the opportunity to get to know the Executive Board and other prospective members in an effort to showcase why you’re interested in joining as well as what qualities you have that would help our community flourish.
Technical Round
After we thoroughly go through each and every applicant’s performance in the prior round, we select prospective members to move onto the next and final round. This includes a mini-case study and a variety of questions aimed toward gauging your thought process and technical skills.
