A Seat at the Table offers a robust New Member Education (NME) series that utilizes case studies created by our team in order to explore topics of identity, intersectionality, ethics, human resources disputes, and so much more. Upon completion of our NME, our General Body members will then have the option to matriculate to the Advanced Education Series, where they’ll participate in unique team projects catered to furthering their analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills and gain industry knowledge through projects geared toward analyses of real companies rather than the largely fabricated ones in NME.

A Seat at the Table is happy to be developing opportunities for our members to enter the space of consulting in teams, also upon completion of our NME. We believe that these opportunities offer our members the ability to apply the skills and knowledge they’ve gained from our NME and apply it to real-world, real-impact realms for pro-bono work for good.

A Seat at the Table continues to be dedicated to serving all of our members in their professional development journeys, and as such, we curate and create a large variety of opportunities catered to our members’ interests, from finance to the non-profit sector. Some opportunities include résumé workshops, LinkedIn workshops, small group coffee chats with business leaders, networking sessions, and much more.
